Mise-en-scene:
Settings & props - setting is in a city with
high rises and skyscrapers showing location and suggesting job title.
guns foreshadow violence and action, also suggest type of person and job
role. wine on the table suggests formality of the meeting
with
falling sand and bricks this creates a representation of destruction and
a collapsing building - in this case it is a collapsing dream.
Costume, hair & Make Up -
suits represent formality, suggest time period and job application. hair
is formal to match suits and the same suit justification. cuts on face
suggest trauma and fighting. black leather gloves suggest the character has something to hide.
Facial
Expressions & Body Lang. -boss face is sad looking which makes him
look tired and suggests age. curious face suggest suspicion to the plot.
fast movements suggests concern.
Lighting
and Colour -bright light showing hot beach location, also colour
contrast shows this. yellow colour in meeting room creates a mellow mood
and a sense of warmth. colour of yellow wall lights in place where
character shouldn't be have connotations of danger.
